As the Adventure Capital of Africa, Victoria Falls (Zambia and Zimbabwe) offers unrivalled possibilities for Team Building in harmony with nature. We have partnered with our long-standing friend and “action man”, Wayne Boardman, and his Team Building Travel Alliance (TBTA) to work with our team on the ground to deliver the most remarkable Team Building experiences tailor-made for your needs.
Wayne, a hulking 6ft 7in and former Western Province Stormers rugby player, has the rich personality to entice and cajole your teams through various achievements that make it an enjoyable day out. He’s an expert in team building (more than 10 years) and in the destination.
He’ll create a bespoke event that meets your demands, from an entry-level soft adventure to rugged adventure, such as big game capture, for exclusive VIP management groups to the hearty troops!
He says: “Very little can compete with Livingstone and Victoria Falls for an incredible array of team building possibilities. Not only is there a natural Wonder of the World, Victoria Falls, but these two destinations are situated on one of Africa’s iconic rivers, the Zambezi.
“From wild elephants to tiger fishing; from cultural diversity to one of the most famous stretches of white water on the planet and so much more this area is perfectly geared for corporate team building. The essence of team building is not the programme, but how it is facilitated. That has been the key to my success for a decade.”
Together with twiice Wayne’s primary focus will be Corporate Team Building and Culinary Team Building at Livingstone (Zambia) and Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe).
However, nothing much scares Wayne and his team and they will consider any request in Africa, particularly the close-to-home wild-and-wonderful Chobe Botswana and Lake Kariba (Zimbabwe) destinations.
